More Jersey Ordering Information
Production time
Each sports jersey is crafted from scratch, starting with fabric selection, positioning, cutting, and printing. This process might take longer than adding prints to ready-made jerseys. Typically, the production time for all types of team jerseys is around 14-20 days. If customers need their jerseys in a shorter timeframe, they can opt for expedited production by paying an additional fee.
Jersey design
Sublimation printing allows us to print any jersey design. Customers only need to provide their design file, names, and required sizes. If you don’t have a design idea, you can choose from our reference library. For those who need help with their design, our professional designers are available to assist you in creating the perfect jersey.
Jersey size
Our jerseys are available in sizes ranging from size 100 to 5XL. If a customer needs a size that is not listed on our size chart, they can inform our staff, and we will make arrangements accordingly. For modifications to the garment’s fit, such as lengthening, shortening, widening, or narrowing, customers can simply request these adjustments when placing their order with our staff.

Sublimation printing techniques
We specialize in sublimation jersey manufacturing, which allows for any jersey design without limitations. Unlike traditional stitched jerseys that only use different colored fabrics, sublimation printing offers unlimited design possibilities, including backgrounds and patterns. With sublimation, you pay a flat rate regardless of the number of design elements. This means you can add team names, individual names, numbers, and graphics for the same price, making it more cost-effective with more design elements.
Fabric selection
We offer over 30 types of fabrics for our customers to choose from. Each fabric we provide is versatile and can be used for any type of clothing. For example, basketball jerseys don’t have to be made from mesh fabric, and soccer jerseys don’t have to use milk silk. Customers have the freedom to select different fabrics for custom team jerseys.
